What an extraordinary winter we had — particularly that brutal stretch of superfrigid temperatures in late December and early January and the nor’easters in March. During the cold snap, we kept all hands on deck, with seven trucks hitting the road for three straight weeks — our only day off was Christmas Day. I even jumped into a truck myself, to help meet the heavy demand for heating fuel. Our new propane division proved up to the task of staying current with deliveries and all service-related issues.
We hope we proved that no one comes through better than our team, no matter how rough the conditions. Throughout the weeks of record cold, not one automatic delivery customer ran out of fuel! All current customers who called either received a delivery within a day or got service the same day they lost their heat. We even delivered fuel to about 200 other people, whose companies were unable to help them. Those folks were so impressed that they switched their service to us!
Here at Jennings, we love what we do for a living, and caring for our customers is a big part of that. We take pride in the effort, attention and goodwill that our people put into their jobs.
As you prepare for the welcome warm weather, remember that we can ease you through the hot months with a cooling tune-up or a new A/C system. We look forward to delivering the best service possible.
